- Weight, age, life style of the patient, lactation period, if any, pregnancy expectancy
- Structure of the upper torso, width of rib cage nd shoulders
- Presence of any anomaly in the musculoskeletal system that underlies the breasts
- Breast problems experienced by close relatives (sister-aunt-mother) and current status of the breasts
- Presence of axillary breast tissues, size nd location of the nipples nd areolas
- Patient’s expectation nd presence of surgical capacity to satisfy this expectation
- Previous breast disorders, USG/Mammography, etc. results
- Previous procedures performed on the breasts (biopsies, etc.) and respective results
- Presence of any fissure or other tissue loss which indicates flexibility, durability or weakness of the skin on the breasts or other parts of the body
- Use of medication: Oral contraceptives, skin regenerating medications such as Isotretinoin (Roacuttane®), supplementary medications such as Ginseng-Gingko, which cause coagulopathy nd therefore must be ceased 7 days before the operation.
