Eyelids, which complete the upper and bottom contours of our eye, which is the most astonishing organ of the human body, droop and get heavier while working on their unique and unbelievable working mechanisms and anatomies, and leave a more tired and aged expression on our face. Forming of this structure, which is, in a sense, a type of brain extension, provides a material change and relaxation to us both in terms of facial aesthetics and our image.

Lower and upper eyelids may be together intervened under local anesthesia. This procedure takes approximately 1.5 hours and the person can walk home after the operation. The first control is at day 5 and until this time, the patient can continue their daily activities without need for any medical dressing. Sunglasses are recommended in this period. Generally dissoluble inseams are used in operations and there is no extraction of suturing. Other filling and injection procedures on the face may also be conducted in the same session.
While drooping eyelids are evaluated, eyebrows, cheekbones, glabellar area between eyebrows, forehead, hair lines and eyelashes should also be evaluated as a whole, as a requirement of the holistic approach. While layers which loosen, droop and bag on the skin are extracted, eyebrow lifting can also be done in the same session. For a satisfactory and sustainable approach, it is recommended that applications such as laser, chemical peeling and tissue coctail, directed to the whole face or skin, be asked for in terms of their contribution.

Shaping operations are modification operations made to large, asymmetric, amorphous, and mostly to prominent ears. Ear’s angular view with the head and the reciprocal one should be taken into consideration as well as its own image.
Prominent ear surgery is performed under local anesthesia by shaping cartilages with sutures. The location and scar is concealed behind the ear. Patient wears a compression bandana for 7 days, after the sutures are melted there is no need to remove the sutures.
Operation time for each ears is approximately 30 minutes. Immediately after surgery, the patient is discharged after control by giving the necessary suggestions. During this period, should lay in supine position. Repair is made to the amorphous ears those are non-congenital or very deformed, with the reformed cartilages taken from the rib.

Büyük, asimetrik, şekilsiz ve en sık olarak yelken-kepçe kulaklara yapılan düzeltme şekil verme işlemlerdir. Kulağın estetik açıdan, kendi görüntüsü kadar ikiziyle ve kafayla olan açısal ilişkisi de mutlaka göz önünde bulundurulmalıdır.
Kepçe kulak ameliyatı lokal anestezi altında kıkırdaklara dikişlerle şekil verilerek yapılır. Kesi yeri ve izi kulak arkasında saklıdır. Hasta, 7 gün baskılı bandana takar, eriyebilen dikişler atıldığından tekrar dikiş alınması gerekmez.
Her kulak için ameliyat süresi yaklaşık 30 dakikadır. Hasta ameliyattan hemen sonra kontrol edilerek önerilerle taburcu edilir. Bu süre içinde sırtüstü yatması istenir. Doğuştan olmayan veya çok deforme şekilsiz kulaklara kaburgalardan alınarak şekil verilen kıkırdaklarla onarım yapılır.

Bitkin, isteksiz, yorgun, halsiz görünüm veren bu deri fazlalıklarının bazı dokularla beraber alınması, imajın pozitif yönde en fazla değiştirildiği ve hastaya en fazla tatmin veren işlemler arasındadır.
Lokal anestezi altında, alt-üst göz kapağına beraber müdahale edilebilir. İşlem yaklaşık 1,5 saat alır ve ameliyattan sonra kişi evine yürüyerek gidebilmektedir. İlk kontrol zamanı 5. gündür ve bu döneme kadar hasta pansuman yapılmadan günlük aktivitelerine devam edebilir. Bu süreçte güneş gözlüğü önerilir. Ameliyatlarda genellikle eriyebilen iç dikişler atılır ve dikiş alma işlemi süreçte bulunmaz. Aynı seansta yüze ait diğer dolgu, enjeksiyon işlemleri de gerçekleştirilebilir.
Sarkan göz kapakları değerlendirilirken, bütüncül yaklaşım gereği kaşlar, elmacık kemikleri, kaşlar arası glabellar alan, alın ve saç çizgileri ve kirpikler de bir bütün içinde değerlendirilmelidir. Derideki bollaşan, sarkan, torbalanan yapılar alınırken aynı seansta kaş kaldırma da yapılabilir. Tatmin edici sürdürülebilir yaklaşım için, yüzün tamamına ve cilde yönelik lazer, kimyasal soyma, doku kokteyli uygulamalarının da katkıları anlamında sorulması önerilir.
